INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

First time there. It was a wonderful place as the condo was fresh and charming. Beach was great. Bring your own chairs to save some money but if not lots of chairs and umbrellas for rent for day. Really liked heated pool and hot tub. Unit 813 has upgraded beds that slept good and Roku tv. Just need to bring food condo has everything there for cooking/drinks. I am planning on booking 813 again. Great view from balcony

Loved my stay. Condo has everything just bring food and drink. Beach and heated pool are great. Bring your own beach chairs th save some money but lots of beach chairs/umbrella for rent. Pay with cash to save some money. Condo has upgraded beds that sleep good and roku tv in three rooms. Loved this unit as morning on balcony and coffee was sooo relaxing.

Clean, quiet condo with great view of ocean and beach. balcony quiet and peaceful with great view. Kitchen is clean and complete with all cookware. Beds very comfortable. Really liked electric reclining sofa and chairs. We had six adults in unit 813 and was comfortable, not cramped. Staff friendly and helpful. Snack bar has great sno-cones.

A Frequent guest of summerhouse this time was a little off my usual wonderful stay . I frequent the gazebo and although repairs are necessary much of the area was closed off due to that, plus a large vending bar not much gazebo room was left for chairs. The TV situation I’m sure is up to date however difficult for me since I don’t have any of the offered services, and am confused on using it, my issue I guess... the toilet was slow flushing I avoided flushing much paper for fear of clog . The age of guest this visit was 65, 76, & 83 grab bars in the tub & shower was much needed ... overall a good visit

We had the perfect week! The condo was clean and cozy, our family of five loved it and we will definitely be back. All the comforts of home right on the beach!
My grandparents owned this particular unit for almost 20 years. It holds a special place near and dear to my heart as well as the hearts of my closest family members. This has been our home away from home and has countless memories built into its walls. My mom and I took a special girls trip this last week, spending it eating at our favorite restaurants and enjoying the magnificent scenery. The unit was perfect, spacious, clean, feeling like we never left. Truly a home away from home. We will be back!
