About Summerhouse Resort - Panama City Beach, Florida
Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, Summerhouse features two-bedroom, two-bath units, each with a balcony overlooking the gulf waters. Summerhouse is found on the east end of PCB, convenient to all the action the coastal town offers. Guests have full access to a wide range of amenities that include two gulf front pools, gazebo, hot tub, jet ski rentals and more beach services, pickleball and tennis courts, beach volleyball, and so much more. From Memorial Day through August, Summerhouse hosts summer movies under the stars, live music, karaoke, face painting for the kids, all sure to enhance your time spent there. The resort also has beach wheelchairs available for those who may need them.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
