Summerhouse 214C

There wasn’t any pictures online for this unit. We took a chance on it and it payed off. The unit has been updated and all the furniture was comfortable. I’d recommend this unit.

This was our 4th stay at Summerhouse and this condo was by far our favorite - relaxing decor and colors - not garish - loved the view, the ease of getting to pool and beach -

We’ve been coming for many years and was sad about a couple of things: no snow cone/snack vendor and needed security checks around the pool area. Many rules were broken and no one to correct the situation. It is needed!! Specific to our unit, loved the new flooring. What happened to the bedding in the guest room? The replacement looks old and outdated compared to the rest of the unit.

Nice. The unit/C blg may have had air conditioning problems. No big deal but we spent over an hour trying to get the air to work. thus, I delayed unpacking etc so you can see the ripple effect. Additionally, we had bugs - kitchen and primary bath.we’ve been Summerhouse die hard fans for over 30 years and want to continue. We’ve even contemplated buying a unit. Hope things improve.Thank youKathy Pace

the unit was nice; however the toilet in the double bedroom was not clean- very disappointing.

214C is the perfect unit because it is updated and on the second floor. We prefer The Summerhouse because it is far away from Pier Park but plenty of amenities around.

We stayed in unit 214C for the second time in September. The unit is well appointed with the master looking out to the beach. It's adequately stocked if you cook and very comfortable. The washer dryer is a nice amenity and the appliances all worked well with a Keurig and drip coffeemaker. The unit is quite roomy compared to the older units in the middle building. We enjoyed live music 2 of the nights. The entire complex is much older and shows some wear in the elevator. The pools are well maintained and being right on the beach is great. Having access to beach chairs and umbrella is a huge plus. Will definitely stay here again.

Nicely decorated unit with q view of the pool and beach. Loved that it’s on a lower floor and at the quieter end of PCB. Definitely will be back. Love that area in September!

Great view, nice furnishings, comfortable. Living room TV hard to operate. Bedroom TVs were fine.

We have stayed here several times and it has always been a wonderful experience. This is our first stay in this particular unit and we think it was our favorite one so far!! Everything was clean and very up to date. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we might need to cook with and the second floor location made it even more enjoyable because we could easily walk down the stairs to the beach without waiting on an elevator. All of the amenities were clean and in working order and the staff was all friendly and helpful. We love our vacations at the Summerhouse!!

Beautiful Condo, beautiful weather and the staff was wonderful!

My family loved the fresh,new remodeled condo. Condo 214 C was excellellent and one of our favorite condos. We have stayed at the SH for years. The only down fall of our stay, at the end of the day our air conditioner unit would freeze up and not cool.

Art work was tailored for the R&R I was here for. Every room was accented with Nautical, Tropical, Floral, and Crafted Pieces that complemented the theme. Furniture — Comfortable, clean, sturdy.Modern and plenty of seating and table space for everyone. Wi-Fi access. Enough electrical outlets throughout the rooms for charging devices. Kitchenette/ Bar ideal; meeting our needs. AC works perfectly as well as ceiling fans .I could go on however I will sum up by saying This has been a home away from home; a pleasant, relaxing, and enjoyable stay. Thank You

Great vacation. Very comfortable accommodation for 4 adults and one 3 year old.

Condo was clean and well stocked kitchen. Very pleased with location. Had an issue with the AC when we first arrived, went to front desk and they had a very nice maintenance guy on the problem pronto. Had live music for great entertainment from the balcony. The pools were clean and close to our unit which made it very convenient with a 4 year old. Beach was a short walk. We visited several restaurants during out stay that included Schooners, Dat Cajun Place, Pineapple Willy's, Patches, and of Dusty's! Customer Service was very polite and helpful! The Summerhouse is just a great place to enjoy the beach! Ready for the next trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week! The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and very inviting. Loved that we were on the 2nd floor and the view was wonderful. We will definitely be back to stay in this condo.
