Summerhouse 815C

Overall it was a satisfying visit. It could have been better. Soon after our arrival, work began on the deck above us with a great deal of noise and vibration for two days. Our deck floor was shattered in a couple of places, not safe for bare feet. Master closet door was off the hinges and resting against the closet wall. It couldn't be moved. The price we paid was for everything to be in good working order - it wasn't.

Beautiful views, friendly staff, excellent location. There were, however, a couple things that could have been better. The elevator worked intermittently and was completely out of order for the last 6 days of our stay. That's a LOT of stair climbing (98 steps each way!). Also both beds in the second bedroom had mattresses that need to be upgraded. Lastly a number of the electrical outlets in the unit were so worn that our phone chargers etc. kept falling out of them, and some didn't work at all. That said we still had a great time and we will be back.

Took time out to rest and relax at Summerhouse right on the beach in Panama City Beach, FL. It was a great vacation. The other guests and staff were friendly and helpful. The condo and grounds were well cared for.

WE had a great room with a perfect view of the Gulf and beach. The condominium was clean, easy to take care of, and the staff was friendly, happy, and willing to help in any way. Wonderful things to do at the pools and the beach. Excellent place to relax and have a wonderful sleep. Perfect place for a couple or a family. I would recommend staying here and you will have a wonderful vacation.

It was a nice room.

This is the first time in 20 years that we have planned a full family vacation. One of our sons and his family could not join us but canceled the second unit with no problems. This was just one of the many nice and helpful things that the staff helped us with.Our unit was WONDERFUL. The kids loved the pool. The adults loved the pool and the beach, with the two beach chairs.

This is my second time staying at the Summerhouse and absolutely love it. The views cannot be beaten from living room as well as both bedrooms with balcony access and this unit was especially perfect for my disabled mom as one of the beds were lower and easier for her to get on and off of. We will definitely stay in this specific unit again due to things with this unit making it easier for her. I absolutely loved the master bed and turtle photo above was perfect for me :) super clean just like the other unit I stayed in back in the summer. By far the Summerhouse has been the nicest and cleanest I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in SEVERAL! Staff is super friendly as well. Highly recommend!!

The views are hard to describe 360 ocean views !! Wonderful stay

Loved the condo - great views of the ocean and the sunset. The condo was clean and well maintained. We were only there for a few days but would like to spend more time next year.

The unit was absolutely amazing! All the supplies you could possibly want and more. The views were breathtaking everywhere in the unit. Everything from the colours to the lighting was spot on. Maybe could use a touch of tlx in some areas but nothing extreme. All bathrooms, kitchen appliances, lights, tv worked perfectly. Loads of room for our family of 6. We definitely want to this unit book again. As seen on many reviews at Summerhouse the elevators were an issue. I am not sure why this is always an issue at this condo. It wasn’t too bad for us as we are all fairly fit and we only had to walk up and down the stairs a few times during the week. However we were on the eighth floor so it was an inconvenience. However the manager offered for us to switch the the 4th floor if we wanted which was very nice of her. All in all we loved Summerhouse. The beach location was amazing, large beach that wasn’t busy during March break, pool area was clean and never crowded, very close to all the sights in PCB. We absolutely loved our stay!!

This is the 4th time I’ve stayed at Summerhouse, first time in a wraparound. Have it rented again in a couple of months. Spacious and bright. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, dishes and utensils including paper towel, dishwasher detergent and liquid. Could use some minor updating like fixtures/fans and wall repair/paint and the closet doors in first bedroom don’t slide well. Beds are super comfortable!All in all a great place to stay! Would recommend!

Love the Summerhouse, been there multiple times. The wrap unit we have was beautiful, bright and welcoming. Only complaint I have is that the unit wasn’t ready until almost 5 and that most of the electrical outlets are horrible. The plugs fall out all over the place and should be replaced. This is a problem in most of the units we’ve rented, not just the recent one.

We had a wonderful time at Summerhouse Unit 815C. The views from the balcony were amazing!

Third time staying at Summerhouse, second time staying in this specific condo and will continue to book this unit in the future. Perfect layout, always super clean, comfortable furniture and absolutely love bedroom furniture and decor in master and love master bathroom shower. Just all around been my favorite place to stay when in PCB. Perfect location, quiet end of town and complex is one of the closest on the water like your balcony feels like it is right over the water. Staff and maintenance man super friendly when passing on the grounds. Highly recommend this place.

My family has stayed in various units over the years at The Summerhouse. This unit was by far our favorite! Firstly, it is beautiful. From the furniture to the decor, it feels like a beach house. The unit is in great condition and well taken care of. Even the patio furniture was new and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio and watching sunsets. We would highly recommend this unit and will be requesting it for our own future visits!
