Summerhouse Beach Condo 515C Wrap

Wonderful! I have stayed at Summerhouse before and I will stay there again!! Our ONLY issue was the light was out in the small restroom and could not be fixed - they tried twice!! Fast response to calls and very professional when coming into the condo!

I loved meeting all of the new people. However, the staff are clueless to each other's actions. Trying to contract for the next year was a joke. Elevators out of commission, which has been on going for YEARS, shows that there is a total disconnect between maintenance and condition of condos.

Great place to relax with family

This year was one of many we have spent with Summerhouse, made even better by the staff!!!!! My Mother’s birthday trip was exactly like she said she wanted to spend it! I on the other hand had wonderful experience with the staff treating me special due to a disability. From front desk Ladies helping me, to housekeeping! Then when I returned home I had left a tiny pill keeper I put in my purse. I looked everywhere, then I remembered I left it on the dresser. I called back down talked to front desk and immediately she called housekeeping. Needless to say my little case is being shipped to me. Easily something like that could just be tossed away or whatever. But this is the care I have always received from Summerhouse! Thank you so much!
You ask would I return? As often as I can!!!

I believe the last time the room was remodeled was the 80s, quite impressive the antique stove microwave combo still works sliding glass doors are quite dangerous my arm slipped and slammed into the frame, super hard to open, and same goes for the shutters, most were broken and smashed a few fingers. Carpet is disgusting.... but I got it for the balcony wrap and the sunset view. That which was amazing

Our family has been staying at the Summerhouse since I was 15 years old and I am now 50. We absolutely love staying here. The rooms and the landscaping are always so beautiful and the staff has always been so kind and helpful. We truly love this place.

The view was unbelievable. First time we stayed in a wrap unit. Will rent a wrap unit again but not this one. It was just out dated and the kitchen floor was chiped in places and we had to out light bulbs in the master bathroom cause it was too dark. Some other minor stuff but the view and that we love staying at the Summerhouse we try not to let it bother us too much. Plus we stay out more than we stayed in the unit. But have loved all the other times we stayed at the Summerhouse.

This was a perfect family vacation. The room was in good overall condition, which included all the utensils that we needed during our stay. The staff were great and loved that it was family friendly as well as not over crowded. I will be booking again very soon to get ready for next year.
