Had a good stay during this time

This condo was very comfortable and we stayed longer than we normally do. Everything was so nice and clean. We were very comfortable there. The only reason we didn't give five stars for every category was because of the elevator situation being repaired during our stay. We made the best of it because it couldn't be helped.

This property is gorgeous. Beautifully landscaped and very well cared for. Lots for the kids to do (though I came with a girlfriend. My condo has been updated from these pictures and is gorgeous! Rooms and bathrooms were roomy, clean and well-maintained, and down from the really crowded area of PCB.

Condo was spacious and accommodated 7 of us very easily. Updates made throughout the condo were very nice. The patio furniture was a little wobbly and seen better days, but the view from the balcony was lovely. Location was great. We found everything to be nice and clean. Would recommend to anyone.

Unit 713 C is nicely decorated and very clean! A welcome gift in the kitchen awaited us with coffee, packs of sugar and creamer, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, etc. didn’t have to make a run to the store. The only thing I missed was a Keurig!

We have been visiting Summerhouse Condos for over 15 years and always enjoy our rentals there and all the amenities available to the guests. Always clean, staff friendly and grounds pool areas kept very clean and manicured. Our rental this trip was newly renovated, clean, functional and nice. We will rent this unit again.Only thing I noticed was light bulb out in front bathroom vanity area, no microwave food cover, and we didn't like the drapes...too long. I did notice when I dropped an item by the MB nightstand quite a bit of dust on baseboards. These were not things to discourage us from renting agin, tho.A great place to visit with restaurants close by, beach rentals there, nice pools and lots of attractions close by to entertain the family.

Perfect condo. We have stayed at Sunmerhouse for years and this was by far my favorite condo. So clean and well maintained. Quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Summerhouse 713C is absolutely perfect. Check in/out process was simple. The condo is VERY clean and has lots of nice upgrades. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool area and the view of the ocean is beautiful. The short walk to the beach is great. This time of year is perfect if you don't like crowds. It is a short drive to Wal-Mart or any of the popular restaurants. This was a wonderful trip for us and I will definitely stay at 713C again. Thank you for making this the perfect home away from home!

Our stay was very comfortable, condo is nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. It was very clean as far as appearance, but the floors need to have more cleaning because we started only wearing our socks walking on the floor and they got real dirty the first day so we wore our shoes afterwards. So that is the cleaning people not doing all the proper cleaning. The staff is awesome that works at office. Overall it is a great condo and we would rent it again. Location is good. I will give it a 5 star because the floors were the only thing not real clean, they look clean but our socks were white until we walked on the floors first afternoon and they were real dirty.
