Nice condo. Would stay again.

Love the space, location & beach. Perfect for our family of 5.Only dislike was a noisy air unit on the roof that you can hear all night.

First time I have stayed at the Summer House after 30 years of vacationing at PCB. Everything was very clean and modern. The bedrooms were very spacious and the living room had ample space. Overall a great stay and look forward to coming back.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. Nothing beats sitting on your balcony and viewing the ocean. Also, the pool area is very nice and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Finally, there are activities you can join if you are socially minded.

We stayed a week at Summerhouse Condos in 1111C and so enjoyed our time. The condo was so perfect and cozy...we didn’t want to leave. Although the weather wasn’t as warm as I had wished, it definitely helped to have a great place to hang out indoors together. We can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely lovely unit and building! The location is perfect. The building is well maintained. There are lots of employees around to answer any question. The front desk was very helpful and responsive! This unit is nicely decorated, has all the amenities you need, and was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!!!

The condo itself is beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet and the beautiful view. The only thing we can find fault with is the elevator. It wasn’t working for the last 3-4 days we were there. We hesitated to use the amenities there because we would have had to walk up 140 steps.

We always stay at Summerhouse. This time did not disappoint. Water in kitchen faucet barely came out, microwave did not work. Called maintenance, he came, turned off breaker to microwave, faucet not repaired. Love unit 1111C and all upgrades. Mattress in MBR could be softer.

The Summer House was so nice and clean. Our unit was decorated very tastefully. The ground were kept immaculate. The best thing was that dealt with people from The Summer House and not a booking agency that charges all those extra fees.

It’s obvious that the owners care about this condo. It is comfortable and beautifully decorated. Also, the view is awesome.
